Polyamory and Consensual Non-Monogamy

Polyamory/Consensual Non-monogamy (CNM), is a relationship arrangement in which all partners involved consent to multiple sexual and/or romantic relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals or partners that practice polyamory, open relationships, swinging, relationship anarchy, and other types of ethically non-monogamous relationships, as well as their loved ones.

We understand how difficult it might be to work with a therapist lacking the knowledge of consensual non-monogamy. We work to maintain competency and highlight the importance of creating a safe and affirming space for you and yours. Whether you are looking for the comfort of competent help through situational or adjustment roadblocks or are facing challenges navigating a consensual non-monogamous relationship style, we will attune to your needs (and for some of us, from a place of personal and) professional experience.
